Healthy Lifestyles -The benefits of living healthy "As some of us may know you are what you eat". The way you eat is very important, when it comes to your health and building a strong immune system. Eating unhealthy can affect the way we live everyday, how we process things and function. We may not see results today, but if we don't change our diet, don't be surprise about some issues you may come across, in the future. Eating unhealthy can cause diabetes, weight gain, restless sleeping, diseases, high blood press and some forms of cancer. Believe it or not the way you may feel right now could have some affect on what you ate yesterday or earlier today. Food can affect your mood, memory, weight, energy, the way you think, your vision and it can also heal you. It's always good to eat plenty of fruits & vegetables, drink plenty of water and workout at least 3 times a week.
Different between a Lifestyle and a Diet -A life style is something you commit yourself, to doing the rest of your life. No matter how many times you fall, you will keep picking your self up till the end . -A Diet is a short term goal, you want quick and fast results. A lot of times we're quick in giving up, when we don't see those numbers we like or results. Some people may reach their goal, but find it hard to keep it off. Usually, because your taking some weight lose supplement, that says "lose weight quick and fast now". We can sometimes stop focusing because it my get to expensive or we're not truly ready to live the lifestyle. Half of the time people end up gaining the weight back twice as fast, because of old habits.
Take Control Be sure to always balance your meals and calorie in take. Know on your cheat days it's not always what you eat ,but how much of it you eat. If you find your self taking a high amount of calories in a day. Cut them down by drinking plenty of water and replacing some of your sugar with natural sugars, like fruits. Also you can take walks after your meals or drink water before your meals. Remember a Healthy Life style starts with believing in yourself that your capable of achieving your goals. Never forget to compliment yourself even on the small things and think highly of yourself. The awesome part about living a lifestyle is that you can take baby steps, no need to rush, because this is your life now. If you have to train yourself step by step, because your body is not use to these changes, living healthy it's fine. The results will surly pay off greatly. Remember every step small or big makes a different.

Weighting your body mass is one of the first ways to determine whether your weight is healthy or not. Also seeing your doctor for a check up, if you feel you need more.
